RedPunch / Topman Media LLC

Privacy Policy

RedPunch is a brand operated by Topman Media LLC (“RedPunch,” “we,” or “us”). This Policy describes information handled through the public website and preliminary service inquiries. It does not replace a separate confidentiality or data-processing agreement for paid projects involving client records, customer data, or AI conversations.

Information you choose to share

If you contact RedPunch, we receive the contact details, business or project description, messages, and attachments you voluntarily send. The website currently uses email inquiry links rather than site accounts or a payment checkout. Your email provider controls the transmission of any message you decide to send.

Please do not send passwords, credit card data, government identification, performer identity or release records, private customer lists, confidential scripts or character files, sensitive health information, or AI conversation histories in an initial email. Ask us about an agreed secure transfer method and the need for a confidentiality agreement before providing sensitive materials for an approved project.

Technical information and hosting

Website hosting, security, and diagnostic services may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, time of access, requested pages, security events, and error logs. Such services may use cookies or similar technologies for operation, security, or troubleshooting, subject to applicable requirements. RedPunch does not provide visitor accounts or a payment checkout on this website. Information processed by external hosting, security, and email services is also subject to their applicable practices.

How information is used

Sending an initial inquiry does not create a purchase, authorize access to your systems, or establish a confidential advisory engagement. We do not require confidential client datasets merely to provide an initial quotation.

Client confidentiality, authority, and project records

An unsolicited email does not automatically establish an NDA, privileged professional relationship, or client contract. If your project requires access to private content, business records, identity documentation, customer details, or proprietary AI character information, the permitted use, access controls, provider tools, retention, and return or deletion expectations should be agreed in writing before transfer.

You should provide only information you are authorized to share. For regulated, licensed, or adult-industry material, you remain responsible for necessary consent, records, releases, permissions, and applicable notices. RedPunch does not independently certify your records or legal compliance merely because it receives an inquiry.

Third-party services and disclosures

Hosting, email, and other technical providers may handle information to operate the website and route communications. Their access, locations, records, and deletion practices are not entirely within our control. We may disclose information as needed for authorized service-provider operations, applicable legal obligations, or legitimate security and rights-protection purposes where permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that third-party providers retain no information or that technical information is never processed outside RedPunch. Where independent services are involved, their own notices may apply. We will update this Policy when material changes in how we handle personal information require an updated disclosure.

AI systems and external tools

Some future client work may involve third-party AI systems with their own data-handling and model policies. A general inquiry alone does not authorize us to upload your confidential information to those systems. If project materials, private prompts, user conversations, or personal information must be processed by an outside tool, the intended use and relevant protections should be determined in a separately agreed engagement. Never assume an AI service provides confidentiality or automatic deletion.

Retention and data security

We may keep correspondence and related records to respond to inquiries, document business dealings, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on record type, business needs, the systems involved, and applicable legal obligations; we do not apply one fixed period to every record. Requests to delete information may be limited by valid legal, business-record, and backup requirements.

We seek to apply security measures appropriate to the information and the operations involved, but email and Internet systems are not completely risk-free. No security or transmission guarantee is made. This does not waive any statutory privacy, security, breach-notification, or other legal duties that apply to RedPunch.

Your choices and applicable privacy rights

You can decide not to send an inquiry or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up messages. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain processing. Contact hello@redpunch.io. We may verify requests as permitted by law and apply lawful exceptions. We do not claim that this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

External websites and changes

Outside links, vendors, and platforms operate under their own policies. We may update this notice as technology, business practices, and legal obligations change. Changes will be reflected in the effective date above, with additional notice or consent if required by law.
